Student Volunteer Program Application
Limited space available for this opportunity. First come, first served. Must meet ALL of the requirements noted below.
Students will receive a 50% discount on conference registration fees
Full Conference Registration - $300 (Discounted to $150)
Two Day Conference Registration - $200 (Discounted to $100)
Students will be required to volunteer 3 hours of time onsite at the conference. See volunteer opportunities below.
Students will be required to have the NHCA Student Delegate OR Program Chair sign off on volunteer time at conference for submission to the NHCA office.
Students will be required to pre-register at the full conference rate with the understanding that following the conference you will receive a check for the balance of the discounted rate.
Application Deadline is Wednesday, January 15, 2014!!!
Must be a student member of NHCA. Membership is FREE to students and you can sign up at www.hearingconservation.org.
Must provide 3 hours of volunteer time onsite at the NHCA conference.
Must NOT be a recipient of the NHCA Scholarship Foundation Student Conference Award or any other scholarship that discounts conference fees.
STUDENTS WHO APPLY WILL BE NOTIFIED BY MID-JANUARY!
