American Academy of Audiology Liaison
Activities: This liaison is the official NHCA
representative to the American Academy of Audiology, and
conveys information about the activities of AAA to the NHCA
Executive Council.

 ANSI S3 Committee (Bioacoustics) Representative
Activities: This liaison is the official NHCA representative
to the ANSI S3 Committee on Bioacoustics, and conveys information
about the activities of the committee to the NHCA Executive
Council.

ANSI S12 Committee (Hearing Conservation) Representative
Activities: This liaison is the official NHCA representative
to the ANSI S12 Committee on Hearing Conservation, and conveys
information about the activities of the committee to the
NHCA Executive Council.

Audio Engineers Society Task Force
Activities:
This task force is working to increase hearing conservation
efforts among
audio engineers.

Program Task Force
Activities: The conference committee works very closely with
the Executive Committee and the Executive Director to plan
and present the annual NHCA conference.

Web Development Task Force
Activities: This Task Force is working to redevelop the NHCA
website to increase the amount of content available on the
site and make site navigation easier. The committee is also
exploring options such as online financial transactions, an
online searchable membership directory, and other functions.

Leadership Advisory Team
Activities: The Advisory Board serves in an advisory role
to the Executive Council with two specific tasks: 1) conduct
and review the management firm evaluation at the summer Council
meeting and 2) review the Association's Long Range Pan each
year and recommend changes to the Executive Council.

Legislative Liaison
Activities: This liaison monitors governmental activities
in the broad area of hearing conservation and the preservation
of hearing and reports to the members items of interest
in a timely fashion.
Randy Tubbs
Membership Services Task Force
Activities: Oversees membership recruitment, membership directory,
student involvement and retention activities.

NHCA Task Force on Children and Noise
Activities: This task force is working to identify and develop
educational materials to further hearing conservation efforts
for children.

Nominations Task Force
Activities: This task force is responsible for identifying
NHCA members who are willing to run for a position on the
NHCA Executive Council, and for preparing the ballot for
the annual NHCA officer election.

OSHA Liaison
Activities: This liaison is the official NHCA representative
to OSHA, and conveys information about the activities of

and publishing Spectrum,
the official publication of NHCA.

Web Frequently Asked Questions Task Force
