2011 Conference - Call for Papers (Panel & Poster Presentations)

Dear NHCA potential panel and/or poster presenter:

The 36th Annual Hearing Conservation Conference is scheduled for February 24-26, 2011 at the Phoenix Marriott Mesa hotel in Mesa, Arizona. The theme of the conference is "The Future of Hearing Conservation: Innovation and Technology". The NHCA Program Task Force is currently seeking presentation proposals! For your convenience, the call for abstracts is available online this year! A confirmation email will be sent to you once your presentation proposal has been received.

Final acceptance of proposals and length of time allotted to platform and workshop presentations is determined by the NHCA's Conference Program Task Force. Letters of acceptance for platform presentations will be distributed the first week in September 2010. Poster presentation acceptance letters will be distributed by the last week in September 2010.

Friday Platform Presenter Audio Visual Information:
If selected as a platform presenter, you will need to submit your PowerPoint presentation no later than February 15, 2011 to nhcaoffice@hearingconservation.org. A laptop will already be available for your use at the conference. The Program Task Force will also have all PowerPoint presentations pre-loaded onto the general session laptop for your convenience.

Poster Presenter Information:
If your presentation is accepted as a poster presentation, poster boards will be available in the exhibit hall for your use along with materials to hang posters. The standard poster board dimensions are 4 ft (height) X 8 ft (width). More details will be distributed with acceptance letters.
