Hotel Reservations:

  • Caribe Royale rate for NHCA attendees is $189 + tax per night. (Upgraded room choices for a fee). 
    Reserve you room TODAY!
  • The conference will begin with Thursday workshops starting as early as 8 am.
  • The conference will conclude on Saturday with closing general sessions ending at 4:30 pm.
  • Departure air reservations should be made after 6:30 p.m.
  • San Antonio International Airport is approximately 8 miles from the hotel. (Hotel does NOT provide a shuttle)
  • Attire for the conference and functions is Business Casual unless otherwise noted for special events.

 

Transportation Information:

Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? or AmTrak Station?
A. While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service. Guests can choose to take taxis or a shuttle service from Orlando International Airport. Our recommended shuttle provider is Maingate Transportation at (407) 390-0000 press 0.

NHCASF 50/50 Split
Support the Scholarship Foundation by donating to the 50/50 Split during the conference for your chance to win! 50% of the proceeds will benefit the NHCA Scholarship Foundation and 50% will go to the lucky winner! Tickets will be available at the registration desk and can be purchased from NHCASF board members wearing red aprons. The winner will be selected during the Awards Luncheon on Saturday.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Conference Fee minus $75 for cancellations made on or before January 1, 2017
  • Conference Fee minus 50% for cancellation made between January 2 - January 15, 2018
  • No refunds for cancellations made on or after January 16, 2018

The 2018 NHCA Conference will be submitted for ASHA and AAA CEUs as well as AAOHN CNEs.
 


 The National Hearing Conservation Association is seeking approval  by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of 1.5 CEUs if approved. Academy approval of this continuing education activity is based on course content only and does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedure, or adherence of the event to the Academy's Code of Ethics. Any views that are presented are those of the presenter/CE Provider and not necessarily of the American Academy of Audiology.

This activity has been submitted to AAOHN for approval to award contact hours. AAOHN is accredited as an approver of
continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
