Sandra MacLean Uberuaga, MA, CCC-A, F-AAA CPS/A, has been an occupational audiologist for over 34 years. She is an active member and past board member of the National Hearing Conservation Association. Sandra is also a member of ASHA, AAA, ASA, AIHA and NFPA having served on itsâ€™ Medical Standards Board. Sandra is a CAOHC course director and is certified by CAOHC as a Professional Supervisor. Sandra is the owner/president of Alaska Occupational Audiology & Health Services, Inc., providing hearing conservation services, consultation including claims review, accommodation of workers with hearing loss, audiological services, mobile hearing testing, noise level studies, custom PPE, employee training and objective measurement of attenuation and fitting of PPE. Sandra frequently presents on local, national and international levels regarding issues of hearing conservation and safe accommodation of workers. She has demonstrated a passion and a commitment towards excellence in hearing conservation for 34 years. Sandra is an avid fisher woman, hunter, and enjoys international cooking and travel.
