Thursday Workshop Audio Visual Information:
If selected as a workshop presenter, you will need to plan on bringing your own laptop as well as LCD projector if possible.

Only applies to Thursday Workshop Presenters.
Friday Platform Presenter Audio Visual Information:
If selected as a platform presenter, you will need to submit your PowerPoint presentation AS WELL AS a PDF version of the presentation no later than Friday, February 5, 2016 to email@example.com. A laptop will already be available for your use at the conference. The Program Task Force will have all PowerPoint presentations pre-loaded onto the general session laptop for the conference. NOTE: The use of personal laptops will NOT be permitted.
Poster Presenter Information:
If your presentation is accepted as a poster presentation, poster boards will be available in the exhibit hall for your use along with materials to hang posters. The standard poster board dimensions are 4ft (height) x 8ft (width). More details will be distributed with acceptance letters.
