Hotel Reservations:

  • The Caribe Royal hotel rate for NHCA attendees is $189 + tax per night. 
  • The conference will begin with Thursday workshops and concluding Saturday after general sessions!
  • Departure air reservations should be made after 6:30 p.m.
  • Attire for the conference and functions is Business Casual unless otherwise noted for special events.

  • Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 1-888-258-7501 or 407-238-8000.  To receive the group rate, attendees must identify themselves as attendees of  the NHCA group at time of booking.

Q. Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? or AmTrak Station?
A. While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service. Guests can choose to take taxis or a shuttle service from Orlando International Airport. Our recommended shuttle provider is Maingate Transportation at (407) 390-0000 press 0.

NHCA Scholarship Foundation:

Support the Scholarship Foundation by donating to the 50/50 Split during the conference for your chance to win! 50% of the proceeds will benefit the NHCA Scholarship Foundation and 50% will go to the lucky winner! Tickets will be available at the registration desk and can be purchased from NHCASF board members wearing red aprons. The winner will be selected during the Awards Luncheon on Saturday.
