Instructions for Receiving CEUs: 

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: Friday, March 1st

Session codes provided to you at the end of each presentation are required to complete each evaluation. Please ensure all applicable session codes are nearby for the daily evaluations that apply to you. 

Access the CEU evaluation within our online learning center to complete the presentation assessments in order to receive your certificate(s) of attendance. Don't forget to click "Login" at the top right of the page!

The presentations/sessions in each evaluation are grouped only for that day's sessions because we are approved to offer partial CEU credit by day. The best practice is to complete the assessment at the end of each day, however, you will have until the end of March 1st to submit.

Benefit: The LMS system will also automatically save your CEU credits to your profile in the NHCA database and you can pull a transcript whenever you need to. And, you can manually add CEUs you earn from other events/entities to your NHCA profile, so you have all of them in one place for easy access when you need to report them. 

AAA and/or ASHA Member ID numbers are required to receive CEU credit from the evaluation. If your Member ID is not provided, you are not guaranteed to receive credit. 

Certificates will be issued via the email associated with your NHCA account after you complete the evaluation with the subject line, “Congrats! You’ve earned a Certificate!” The email will include your certificate of attendance for that day noting the CEUs you earned.

Benefit: You can also locate your certificates under the "My Account" dropdown in the top right corner under "My Certificates". Those with more certificates may have to switch through pages to find the most recent certificate record of completion.

If you are attending the entire conference, you will need to complete the evaluations for each day to get the three certificates the total of 1.75 CEUs for the entire conference, approved by the organizations below.

Following the conference, you will receive a separate email with a link to an online survey to evaluate the conference overall and submit ideas for future content. As part of the CEU approval process, we are required by AAA and ASHA to conduct a needs assessment survey for planning and development purposes.
